Damaged/Defective Products

Rest assured knowing that we will take care of any mistake that we make. We carefully inspect every product before they are boxed and shipped. Occasionally, a product will arrive damaged or defective. If you received a damaged/defective product, please notify us within 5 days of the arrival of your product. We ask that you take of picture of the damage and include a description of what the issue is. Please send damage/defective product notices to texturedhomedecor@gmail.com. Don't worry about the cost of shipping - that's on us! We'll send you out a replacement product as soon as possible after we have verified the product is damaged/defective and it is within the 5-day time frame.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you love your new home decor items! If you change you mind, don't worry. You may return your items within 30 days of the items arriving to you. Please send return notices to texturedhomedecor@gmail.com and include a reason for wanting to return the items. We currently do not offer free shipping on returns. We highly suggest using a shipping method that insures the products in case they are damaged during shipping, as well as proper packaging materials to protect the items during shipping.  We are not responsible for products damaged during shipping when returned back to us. Sometimes our cost for shipping labels is less than what you can get by going directly through couriers. If you would like, we can email you a return label and send you an invoice for it. Once the invoice is paid, we will email you a return shipping label. You may receive a refund for the items as long as it is shipped back within 30 days upon arrival. The refund will be sent back to the original payment method only.
